  • What preparations should i make to ensure my photos turns out perfect?

    Attention to wedding details and decorations adds depth and enhances the beauty of your celebration. Your gown, bridal bouquet, and wedding shoes all play a role in shaping the aesthetic of your special day.

    Consider collaborating with wedding decor teams, stylists, or florists to craft a cohesive wedding theme with a consistent color scheme. Drawing inspiration from platforms like Pinterest can also provide a plethora of ideas and references for stunning wedding details and decorations.

  • What are your terms for payment?

    To secure your booking and reserve the date for your special day, a 50% booking fee is mandatory. We accept payment by most major forms of payment services used in Singapore!

    To ensure a seamless experience, full payment must be received before the actual wedding day. This policy allows us to focus solely on capturing your special moments without any distractions or delays.

  • What are your policies regarding cancellation/ postponement?

    Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, they can be applied towards other services we offer, such as portraitures or family photoshoots!

    we offer a one-time free postponement period of one year on a case-to-case basis. Do reach out to me for availability before booking!

  • When and How will I receive my pictures?

    You will receive your imageries in its entirety within 4 weeks guaranteed, or else a 50% refund will be provided

  • Is a meeting required before the wedding?

    Absolutely! I pride myself in getting to know my customers on a personal level before shooting to build a connection of trust and understanding towards my customer’s needs. I strongly believe that a photographer is more than just someone who shows up with a camera, he/she should vibe with their customers to make them feel at ease and feel most comfortable in front of a camera.

    An online meeting is also possible if due to tight schedule constraints but as a rule of thumb, never understate the importance of communication.

  • Does your price include GST?

    Absolutely, all prices are nett.

  • Can we customise the package?

    Absolutely! Our pricing reflects our extensive experience, primarily focusing on my most popular package. If there are specific inclusions you’d like to adjust or customize, please don’t hesitate to inform me. I’m here to ensure we find the perfect balance that suits both your needs and budget seamlessly.

  • Will we receive the RAW (unedited) photos?

    No, a lot of time and effort goes into every final image that we deliver, I believe that any image isn’t complete without proper color grading and retouching. Quick fact, the process of color grading and skin retouching goes back to the very beginning of film photography!

  • Do we need to prepare meal(s) for the crew?

    A well-fed team is a more productive and creative team! :D

  • If our booking for a full-day wedding is split into daytime and evening reception, will there be a surcharge?

    No! As long as the break in-between day and night time event is over two hours, no extra charge will be incurred.
